Bahia Reef Villas is built over the water along a coral reef. Did the pilings for the dock and homes do any damage to the reef?

No, not at all. The construction was done entirely off of the reef, in the space between the land and the reef itself, where there is sandy bottom. An environmental impact study was done prior to construction to determine where it was safe to build. |

Is there road access to Bahia Reef Villas?

Access to Bahia Reef is by boat only. Traveling by boat is the best way to get around the islands and only way for many places. Having a boat is essential to living in Bocas, and the abundant taxis make boat travel easiest for tourists as well.
